Leslie Zaffater opened Salon Adore in 2014 with a simple mission: to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel at home, receiving superior service while having a hot cup of coffee or a relaxing glass of wine and getting pampered. Being in the beauty industry for 35 years, Leslie brings a wealth of experience and passion to her craft. She has attended hair shows and continuing education classes across the country including Dallas, Las Vegas, New York, Atlanta, St. Louis and New Orleans- always staying on top of the latest techniques and trends. She thinks of her clients as family, taking pride in making them look and feel their absolute best.

Leslie Richardson is a committed hairstylist at Salon Adore with 23 years experience in the industry. Leslie was the first stylist to join Leslie Zaffater when Salon Adore opened. The "Leslies" completed the team until other stylists followed suit. With a deep passion for her work, she views hair styling as an art, always aiming for the right formulation and blend for every client. Specializing in trendy women's cuts, Leslie listens to her clients' needs while emphasizing honesty and compassion, ensuring the integrity of their hair. Leslie also does facial and brow waxing. She takes great joy in witnessing the smiles and confidence of her clients as they step out with a revitalized look!

Marcia Chesak is a highly experienced hair stylist with over 25 years in the industry. Known for her welcoming personality and expert touch, Marcia has trained with top educators at Jingles of New York, Jose' Eber in Los Angeles and Martin Parsons of Toronto. She's also worked in salons in Dallas and Plano Texas. Originally from Oklahoma, she relocated to Shreveport in 2013 with her husband Dave and daughter Marli. Her passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful shines through in every cut, color, hilight and style. Whether you're looking for a fresh new look or a trusted stylist to keep you looking your best, Marcia brings both skill and heart to every appointment.

Edward Grey has been with Salon Adore since 2021. Hairstyling is Edwards second career. After working in the corporate world for 25 years as a package designer/production artist and freelance illustrator for the food and beverage industry, he decided to make a change and go to hair school. With now 16 years of experience in the hair industry, he loves transforming hair dreams into reality, one strand at a time. Edward believes that every great look begins with a thorough consultation, ensuring that his clients vision is brought to life. In addition to his salon work, he has also showcased his talent by creating hairstyles for various theater groups in the Shreveport community. Edward is a true artist!

During the height of Shreveport's film industry, her talent earned her the opportunity to provide nail services to several celebrities. Debra specializes in natural nail care and offers a wide range of services including natural manicures, gel manicures and spa pedicures. She is highly skilled in soft gel, rubber base and builder gel techniques. Debra works by appointment only, ensuring each client receives focused, personalized attention.
